I only flew on a Chinook once. It was taking me to Bien Hoa and the 1st Infantry Div.
Medic station or shack. Everything here looks authentic. The construction of the shack, the “Mule” parked outside and the duckboards.
3/4 Ton ambulance with a real Medic…Doc Schramm.
Well, I flew on these more than once! The venerable Huey UH-1 Iroquois.
A Sikorsky, I believe this is a CH-34 Choctaw. One of the mainstays of the Marines in Viet Nam.
Conex containers were frequently used for many purposes.
This looks like it was a Paymaster’s office.
50 Cal. machine gun mounted in a watch tower. How cool is that!
